How do I contact the Pension Office?

The Pension Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding City Holidays. You may contact the Pension Office using our secure member Message Center by logging into MemberDirect and going to the left menu under Communications. Here, you will be able to send a message and upload documents that will be transmitted securely to the Pension Office. Alternatively, you may call us at 813-274-8550, send an email to fppension@tampagov.net, or send correspondence via USPS mail to 3001 N. Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33603.
Please do not send any correspondence or documents to the Pension Office via email if they contain PII, such as your phone number, address, spouse/children names, birth dates, social security numbers, etc. Emails sent via City email are subject to public records requests and not all requests are routed through the Pension Office. The Message Center is a secure method of providing information to the Pension Office.
